This adorable one-of-a-kind babydoll style dress features a festive hand-embroidered bodice made from an upcycled vintage tablecloth along with a full, gathered skirt and sweet flutter sleeves made out of a classic red linen/rayon blend fabric. It is secured in the back with 3 vintage hand-sewn buttons. The bodice is fully lined and all visible seams are serged for professional look and quality.
This dress can be layered underneath with a fitted long-sleeve tee or easily over the top with a cozy cardigan. Add warm tights/knee highs and your little lady will be suited just right for the season. :)
Add a matching pair of red bloomers to make the perfect set! Bloomers can be purchased separately here!
This listing is for a size 12/24 MONTHS dress. I purposely shortened the dress about an inch from the pattern as I find that shorter dresses work better on crawlers/new walkers so they don't get caught up in the hem as easily). The length of this dress will fit more like a dress on a 12-month old and more like a tunic for a 24-month old. But as always, the best way to accurately predict fit is to measure your child. :)
MEASUREMENTS: Dress measures approximately 21.5" around the chest (just underneath armpit) and is approximately 16.5" long from the top of the shoulder to the hem. ___________________________________
Fabric is pre-washed (in dye and perfume-free detergent), so minimal additional shrinking should occur. Due to vintage nature of the fabric, it is recommended that the item be washed by hand to maintain the integrity of the materials, but laundering in cold water on the gentle cycle will also be ok.
This dress is ready-to-ship and will be shipped within 1-3 business days! US Domestic shipping is FREE on orders over $40!
