This hoodie is a size SMALL and the brand is Universal Thread (Target brand). It's in great condition (tiny "snag" on front of sweatshirt- shown in third photo), and was pre-washed prior to embroidering. It measures 22.25" from shoulder to hem and about 20.5" from pit to pit.
